Refund policy

Script Glass offers custom made products, you must purchase with a purpose. We are not offering any refunds on products at this time unless they are damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email scriptglass@gmail.com. Email must be sent within 2 days of receiving item including the original receipt of purchase and pictures of both the broken item and the shipping box. Once the email including the receipt and pictures are received by Script Glass, a refund will be issued within 5 business days.
